- Upon successful completion, learners meet the educational requirements to register as a Pest Control Operator (PCO) in South Africa. Important Notice To obtain your official PCO number, you must apply directly through the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development (DALRRD). Deltatrax will provide all required supporting documentation for your application.
